Services Agreement

Effective Date: 8th of March, 2025

1. INTRODUCTION

This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between FinMatrix Ltd. ("FinMatrix," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") who engages our services. This Agreement governs all services provided by FinMatrix, including but not limited to data strategy, engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence ("AI") solutions.

2. SERVICES

2.1 Scope of Services

FinMatrix shall provide the services as specified in individual Statements of Work ("SOW") agreed upon in writing between FinMatrix and the Client. Each SOW shall detail the specific deliverables, timelines, and any other service-specific terms.

2.2 Service Delivery

Project Management: FinMatrix will assign appropriate personnel to deliver the services and designate a project manager as the primary point of contact.
Progress Reporting: We will provide regular status updates at intervals specified in the applicable SOW.
Change Management: Any changes to the agreed scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented through a formal Change Request process.
Acceptance Criteria: All deliverables will be subject to the acceptance criteria specified in the relevant SOW.

2.3 Change Management Procedure

Either party may request changes to the scope of services by submitting a written Change Request.
FinMatrix will evaluate the requested change within 5 business days.
No change shall be effective until both parties agree in writing.
FinMatrix reserves the right to adjust fees and timelines for approved changes.
